Review – MySpare Pete Packer Underwear Brief

Pete Packer Underwear Briefs by MySpare

I have a new obsession. Okay admittedly, I’ve had these for a few months now, but I’m still just as obsessed with them as the day I got them.

What are they? The Pete Packer Underwear Brief from MySpare and sold at Babeland are literally a revolution in packing technology and gear. We’ve come a long way since the days of socks in underwear and other ways we devised to gender bend.

I have several other harnesses, among them two MySpare products – the Joque and Theo. I also have several leather harnesses (my favorite of which is the La Femme harness by Stockroom). Specifically for packing I have two packing straps from Aslan Leather (two sizes of the Mr Right Packing Strap). I’ve tried them all. The problem I’ve had with them all up until now was that I felt like I needed to wear underwear over the harnesses so the actual packer didn’t get damaged during from rubbing up against my clothing.

Packer cocks are very delicate by nature and as such tend to tear easily. Because they’re made to simulate a flaccid penis, they need to feel as soft as possible. Babeland’s Softpack is made from Elastomer. I love them for their softness and realistic feel, but I am super protective of them. I keep them stored in plastic baggies so no lint, dirty or other materials that could stain the Elastomer gets in contact with the material while the toy is being stored. If I’m that careful in storing them, do you think I’d be less careful when I wore them?

The Pete Packer solves all these issues. Any packer you choose to wear is kept safely behind the nylon/spandex blend the underwear is made out of. If I were to stand in front of you with these briefs on naked from the waist down, you wouldn’t know I didn’t have a bio cock. That’s what’s so great about the Pete Packer line! As such these are great briefs for trans people and those who simply want to experiment with gender play.

Modeling the Pete Packer Briefs

I’m a small person, 4’10” and 106 pounds. As such, I got the Medium size Pete Packer Briefs just to be on the safe side. I prefer to not wear underwear that is too tight and these turned out just perfectly. The 88% nylon and 12% Spandex jersey blend these briefs are made from fit me perfectly. Size Medium will comfortably fit a 32-34″ waist. Babeland has provided this handy guide to determine what size you would wear:

– Small: 28″ to 30″ waist
– Medium: 32″ to 34″ waist
– Large: 36″ to 38″ waist
– XL: 40″ to 42″ waist
– XXL  (special order only): 44″ to 46″ waist
– XXXL (special order only): 48″ to 50″ waist

In my opinion, order up a size from what you think you might wear. I’m tiny of course and as such you’d think I would wear a small. But au contraire! You would be wrong. I have bigger hips so medium sizes in things usually fit me pretty comfortably.

For me, the wonder to these packer briefs doesn’t come in the material, fit or anything like that. It comes in the pouch where you keep the packer safe and secure at all times. Having packed a few times under clothing. There is nothing so frightening as shifting your body around only to feel your packer slip out from where you put it. The fear that it will fall out somehow is always there. That was one of my biggest gripes about the Aslan Mr Right Packing Strap. The packer never felt secure and I always felt like it was going to slide right out the top. With the Pete Packer Briefs, the packer stays secure right where you put it.

Inside of the Pete Packer Underwear Briefs

When you look inside the packer underwear, those of you familiar with Spareparts (or MySpare) harnesses will see the familiar fold over flap. This flap is the part that actually sits against your body. While you’re wearing the Packer Briefs, no part of the actual packer touches your body.

Inside  the pouch where you keep the packer

Once you pull back the flap though, you’ll see exactly how you’re going to keep your packer cock safe and secure. First thing you’ll see is a little stretchy piece sewn on. I’ll be honest with you – I haven’t used the little stretchy thing. My packers just don’t fit it. My best guess is that this strap will keep the actual shaft of the packer in place if you don’t want to pull the shaft through the second inner hole (which goes through to the second chamber of the brief front. I think this is what my father would term as “belts and suspenders.” It makes sure that the packer stays inside the inner pouch if you’re not putting it through the hole.

The second hole is pretty small, I tend to think. I took a scissor and made a little snip in it (probably not a good idea since nylon and spandex seems to fray, but there was no other way I could get my relatively slender packing cock through there. I was worried that trying to pull it back out from that super tiny shaft hole would end up tearing the packer. Do this with yours or not, I’m sure that most packer cocks will comfortably sit inside the inner hole.

That inner hole opens up into a second compartment. This is generally where I pull my packer cock into and leave it. For me, I don’t use any stand-to-pee devices or pull out my packer cock from this second compartment like a bio man would pull his penis out (to pee or otherwise display) so having this second pouch have exterior access is neither good nor bad. Obviously though if you wanted to do this, having exterior access to this second outer pouch is excellent. It’s just what you would find in men’s oriented underwear. You can reach in and find whatever your fishing for, be it packer cock or bio cock. The space is generous enough to accommodate several sizes of packer cock, starting from the smallest up through I would say a large size. Having something larger than the Babeland Large Softpack in this space seems to me like it would be excessive, but some people prefer a bigger bulge to a smaller bulge.

Wearing this packer for me is eye opening. I’ve always loved wearing my strap-ons and waiving them around in the air. It makes me feel powerful and “toppy” in a way that nothing else can. When I pack, I cannot stop rubbing my cock. I’ll slip my hand down my pants and just rub away. Before the Pete Packer Underwear Briefs, I was always concerned that this rubbing action would lead to miniature tears in the packer elastomer material and one day lead to the degradation of my packer cocks. With this now, I can rub the outside while still knowing that my packer is safe and secure behind one if not two layers of nylon/Spandex material.

One note here I’ve been dying to ask biological men since I got this packer – how do you walk with a bulge between your legs? Seriously! It’s been killing me. I feel front heavy almost. Like I keep rubbing up against my cock when my legs hit it. No wonder the urban myth keeps getting perpetuated that men think of sex every seven seconds. Having a cock like this makes me believe that myth is actually true.

The care for directions found inside the initial flap in the pouch area

The Pete Packer Underwear Briefs by MySpare can be washed by hand or in a washing machine in cold water on the delicate cycle. Use only mild soap; never bleach or fabric softener. When drying, make sure to line or flat dry these so they don’t deform or melt (after all they are Spandex!) These underwear are made in the USA and are patent pending.

So what do I think of the Pete Packer Underwear Brief from MySpare, available at Babeland? I absolutely freaking love them. I’m not kidding here at all. If you’ve ever considered gender play or are a trans person in need of a safe, secure way to carry around your packers in a day to day pair of underwear, these are what you’re looking for. They are comfortable and yet stylish. The Spandex/nylon blend forms to your body and provides all day comfort but the double pouch area is the best way I’ve found yet to wear a packer all day. There’s no risk that your packer will fall out from where you’ve tucked it if you use the Pete Packer undies. Spareparts is a company I love for harnesses and they have not let me down here in their new line of packing underwear. Bottom line – get these! You will absolutely not be disappointed!

Review: Ophoria Bliss No. 12

I don’t like traditional stick vibrators. Usually I use a vibrating sex toy on my clit and that’s about it, and stick vibrators are bulky, cumbersome and rarely strong enough for me to enjoy.

With that in mind, I was expecting to not like the Ophoria Bliss No.12 sold at Fascinations. Even with that being said, I’ve had my eye on Ophoria products for some time. Mostly because reviews say their materials are high grade and the construction is done very well.

My package from Fascinations arrived and I opened it to find a box full of pink crinkled paper filler. I’ve received a lot of packages from a lot of different adult toy companies and whenever I get something with special touches like that, it makes me want to return for more. Little touches like adding special packaging instead of just throwing the toy in the box to ship shows a company really values their customers. It’s a way of showing they care. Fascinations definitely has my vote for that.

The box the vibrator itself comes in is lovely too. The back of the box has product details in six languages and also shows pictures of what the five vibration modes run as. In the past I’ve said I would not get toys that are pink or packaging that’s pink, but I succumbed and gave into the pink for this toy. The packaging is a soft baby pink and not vulgar at all. No pictures of naked ladies, just soft designs and extensive details. A plus for Ophoria this time.

The Bliss No 12 vibe is a silicone vibrator, meaning the shaft of the actual vibrator is covered in a silicone sleeve. This sleeve is not removable and is very soft. It’s a harder silicone instead of being squishy. The material does have some give and the tip of the shaft is bendable slightly. There are ridges all along the silicone sleeved shaft and start out small and close together at the tip and progressively get larger and farther apart as you travel up the shaft. These ripples and ridges provide a pleasant sensation when inside you and also provide a great sensation when being rubbed on the clit for clitoral stimulation.

Generally stick vibrators don’t provide strong enough vibrations for me. I make no secret of my love of intense vibrations, seeking out the strongest and best non-Hitachi level vibrations I can find. This vibe on the other hand has some pretty intense vibrations for a traditional vibe style like this. The vibrations are concentrated at the tip of the shaft and get drastically softer as you get towards the battery cap. There are five vibration patterns: Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3,  Pulsing and Climax. Mode 1 is a gentle constant buzz while still being more intense than some cheaper vibes on the market. Mode 2 is a slightly more intense constant buzz. Mode 3 is a very intense constant buzz and holy heck is amazingly strong for this style vibrator. I loved that level. Pulsing is quick burst then little buzz followed very shortly by another quick burst. Climax is a short strong burst followed by a few seconds of somewhat medium intensity vibrations. The vibrations cycle through in that pattern.

To cycle through the vibration patters, there is a power and control button at the base of the vibe. You have to press it rather hard to get it to turn on and I like that. Unless you’re pressing right on it, I don’t see this vibe accidentally turning on. Another thing I found good about the power/control button is that you don’t need to cycle through all the patterns to turn it off. Just hold the button down constant and it will turn off. This helps if you have to turn it off in a rush. I hate vibes that make you cycle though all patterns if there is more than one to turn it off in a rush. Well done, Ophoria. Little details like that are well thought out and helpful.

The shaft width of this vibrator is somewhat sizable. It’s pretty girthy even for a size lover like me. Because of this, it may not be pleasurable to a vibrator newbie. I would suggest it for someone who prefers larger diameter vibrators or someone who has a little more experience using toys.

This vibe is not waterproof cause there is no seal between the battery compartment and any potential water it may come in contact with. The packaging indicates it’s splash proof instead. I hadn’t considered that phrase before, but I like it. A little water on the shaft isn’t going to hurt it, but don’t submerge it or use it for an extended period of time in water.

I know I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again. Make sure you clean your toys thoroughly and store them properly as well. Don’t let silicone toys touch other silicone toys otherwise they will melt together. Use only water-based lubricants as well for the same reason. If you share toys, make sure to use a new condom when switching from partner to partner. Because this toy doesn’t have a flared base, I would not recommend it for anal use. It could potentially get lost, which would result in a very embarrassing trip to the emergency room.

Overall I really liked the Ophoria Bliss No.12 vibrator from Fascinations. I went in with the mindset I wouldn’t like it and was very pleasantly surprised. It’s a quality product with surprisingly strong vibrations. The material is body safe and silky smooth to the touch. As long as you treat your vibe properly and maintain it, I expect this toy would last you a very long time. You can buy the Ophoria Bliss No. 12 at Fascinations.

Review: Crystal Delights Crystal Clear Glass Anal Plug (Small)

Okay so you know how I have a love of jeweled anal plugs? Unfortunately my last foray into that type of plug left me wanting more, left me wanting something of better quality and a prettier jewel. For ages I’ve lusted after the Crystal Delights glass anal plugs. After hearing some of the great things people have said about these plugs and seeing the beautiful selection of colors, these plugs have been on my wishlist for quite some time. The great people at Virtually Adult contacted me and offered to send me one after reading my lackluster experience with the Cal Exotics Aluminum Mini.

After the initial shock at the possibility of receiving one, I had to select what size and color I wanted. I browsed the selection available to me and decided that the smaller necked plug would be better for me because of my petite size. The color selection was harder. They’re all so pretty! But ultimately I decided on getting the clear one. Why is that? Because it looks like a giant diamond! How could I pass up having a giant diamond in my ass? So what does the gem look like? It looks absolutely gorgeous in person.

The package I received from Virtually Adult arrived at my doorstep and I quickly pulled off the packaging to get my hands on what I hoped would be a beautiful anal plug. The toy came wrapped in glittery tissue paper with a wonderful sticker on the seal. You can tell that someone put a lot of care in packaging your plug and that you’re getting something special. I gingerly unwrapped the paper and found the black storage sleeve the plug comes with. Elastic wraps secure the roll around the plug, keeping it safe and ensures that it won’t be damaged either in transport or while you own it.

I undid the elastics and unrolled the sleeve to find not only my new glass plug but also some free gifts that were included! I received a sample of water-based Boy Butter and two Lifestyles Ultra Thin condoms. Also included was a card about the Crystal Delights line of plugs with two glass charms attached to the card. I got blue glass hearts that are absolutely gorgeous.

But enough about my free gifts. What about my plug?! I swear from the moment I set my eyes on it I was in love. The plug itself is made from 100% handblown Pyrex glass. This type of glass has been shown to be safe for internal use. The glass is extremely clear and I looked all over it for flaws, chips or defects. I simply couldn’t find any. It’s flawless. The gem on the end of the stem is quite possibly the sparkliest thing I’ve ever seen at that size. It is a Swarovski crystal, the best that is on the market. It doesn’t even compare to the crappy plastic gem that was in the Cal Exotics Aluminum Mini. It’s like night and day comparing the two. Quite honestly, this looks like a giant diamond, no kidding.

One of my favorite aspects to this plug is that the glass is great for temperature play. I love playing with cold moreso than heat. While I don’t recommend this for an extended period of time, I pop my glass toys into the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes to cool them down. The general recommendation is that you should gradually raise or lower the temperature by using warm or cool water. Too rapid temperature shifts in either direction have the possibility of scalding or freezing skin when touched to it. The rare possibility is cracking the glass and that’s definitely not something you want.

The other feature I like about this plug is the weight. As I’ve mentioned before in regards to anal plugs, I like plugs with some weight. I like to be reminded that I’m plugged and filled. Even more so when I’m in a submissive position because it reminds me who is controlling my holes. This plug definitely delivers in the weight I like. Each small plug weighs in at approximately 5 ounces.

Because this plug is glass, it means you can use it with any type of lube. Water based, silicone based, or oil based. You can use anything with this plug. I suggest cleaning it immediately upon removing it with warm to hot water and antibacterial soap. You might be able to put it in the top rack of your dishwasher as well, but I have not tested this. I would be hesitant to do this only because of the gem even though the gem is very well secured into the plug.

So how did the plug feel inside me? Pretty much as I expected it would. I loved it. At it’s widest point, the plug is approximately 1 1/2 inch in diameter and has an insertable length of 2 3/4 inches. The flared base of the plug sits comfortably between the ass cheeks and I don’t feel that it would slip inside your ass. The stem is so narrow the your bum closes around it securely. I think with the longer version of this plug, the neck may slip in and out if you don’t clench your ass the entire time. I am much happier with this shorter necked version.

Because the diameter is fairly small on this plug in comparison to what plugs can be, it is fairly easy to put in. That being said, it’s probably not for anal play virgins. I love anal play and have slightly relaxed my ass to the point that I can slip plugs in with little to no relaxation ahead of time. What do I suggest with this plug? Go slow and use lube to get it in. If you are female, clitoral stimulation helps with relaxation and insertion I have found. Perhaps some play first and then try inserting plugs that are larger in diameter than the average finger.

One gripe I have is in regard to the black storage sleeve that comes with. To be honest, it stinks. Two days after it’s been sitting out on my desk and it still smells. It’s the typical fake leather and plastic smell I think. I love the sleeve but hate the smell it has. I’m really really hoping the smell goes away with time because the sleeve is fantastic for storing this plug. It keeps it safe and padded. There’s no damaging this delicate plug when it’s in the sleeve.

Overall I really can’t say enough good things about this plug. It’s beautiful, weighty, and looks like a ginormous diamond in your ass. It’s wonderfully decorative and I can imagine wearing this out to dinner with a partner under a dress, perhaps giving them a flash here and there during the night to tease them with the knowledge my ass is sparkling for them. The sheer knowledge that I’m wearing this is so erotic. Wearing any plug for me is definitely what I consider one of the best ways you can be an undercover kinkster. Nobody needs to know that you’re wearing a toy in your ass unless you tell them or show them.

The Crystal Delights Crystal Clear Glass Anal Plug (small) is sold through Virtually Adult. It comes in two different sizes, regular and small. Currently, these plugs are available in eight colors, but I suspect more may be added soon. The small size sells for $79.95 and the regular size sells for $89.95. This plug comes in a special dichroic gem plug for $129.95. Run, don’t walk to the Crystal Delights page on Virtually Adult. Once you see these plugs you’ll fall in love with them just like I did. You’ll simply have to add one to your anal toy collection!

Review: Fresh Balls by BetterSex.com

We sweat. We all sweat. Guys especially sweat. And what’s the one place on guys that ladies dislike sweat? Ahh, yes. In the groin region. Why do we dislike sweat there? Because it tends to sit and in the long run that produces a stanky odor that no lady likes on her man. Some natural body odor can be sexy, but too much and I’m more likely to fall over or gag. Especially if I’m putting my nose in that region.

The good people at BetterSex.com sent me a bottle of their new product Fresh Balls. The product description says that it is a product designed to discourage wetness and the uncomfortable feeling that accompanies sweaty balls. Having no balls myself, I enlisted the help of my good friend Bucky to help me test this product. He came over and I fed him some pizza before pulling out the bottle to try.

I like that the bottle looks like it could be regular body lotion. It’s a manly bottle and one that looks like it belongs with other men’s body care products. That is nice because something pink and flowery doesn’t exactly equate with “fresh balls” in my book. As a guy I wouldn’t want this product if the package was all girly. This looks like it belongs in a man’s medicine cabinet.

Easily my favorite and his favorite part of this product was the smell. It’s a light smell while definitely being manly. Some cologne products are so incredibly strong that they make me woozy or queasy just smelling them. This scent is a light one that would fit with most men’s personal care products. I don’t believe it would clash with your soaps, aftershaves or colognes. Unless you slap them all over your balls! Always a possibility I guess.

The consistency of the product upon first touch is a lotion feel. After you rub it in it quickly disappears into a silky, almost powdery feeling. It is not greasy at all and Bucky said it felt really great on him. He liked the feel of it as well. There is no talc in this product, so it’s like using body powder without the talc in it. The description of this product on the Better Sex website also says it includes oatmeal to soothe and tea tree oil that is known for its antibacterial properties.

It definitely made him smell better and I enjoyed the fact that he wasn’t musky. We sat for awhile and retested the smell and it was still nice. Granted we weren’t doing any very physical activity or he wasn’t wearing it for an all day trial, but in the period of time we tried it the scent remained and any bad odor stayed away.

One funny moment we had was he put the bottle up to his nose to smell it and I didn’t notice until later that he had a smear of the product on the end of his nose. We laughed and he rubbed it off, saying his nose wasn’t going to smell now.

Did we like this product? Yes. It smells good, goes on with a non-greasy and smooth lotion quality to it while keeping away body odor that can sometimes be associated with balls. Would he use the product? Bucky said yes.
